INVEST Small Business Needs Assessment

The ARPA Grant Partnership Program is a collaborative effort led by the Cape Fear Workforce Development Board across the Cape Fear Region.  We know it is vital to understand the needs of your business to effectively create a customize business support plan specific to you.

The ARPA Grant Partnership Program is open to businesses located in Brunswick, Columbus, New Hanover, and Pender Counties. Businesses must be a small or micro-business with 25 employees or fewer. This program is geared to support Certified Historically Underutilized Businesses, Minority-Owned Businesses, Female-Owned Businesses, Veteran-Owned Businesses, and Businesses Owned by Persons with a Disability. Program offerings are facilitated by Community Partners, NCWorks Career Centers, and the Cape Fear Workforce Development Board.
